I will be back!
We had stayed in the Storm River houses and had a wonderful experience. Especially my kinds enjoy the dassies and beautiful surround.
We were disappointed that we could not visit the bridge because of mud slides, so we have to come back and revisit the area.
The wood buildings had a mildew smell when we opened the door. I think you must look at ventilation for the houses.
Thank you very much for the hospitality and I will definitely recommend your venue.

Amazing place
This is an amazing place that is well worth the visit. Even though it rained for most of our stay we still enjoyed it and will be back. There was some confusion with our booking but it was sorted out quickly and effeciently with no fuss. We're a family of four and booked a chalet with one bedroom and a sleeper coach in living area. When we arrived we were given a chalet with a bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bed in the living area. Fortunately there were empty chalets in the park and they easily moved us into a bigger chalet.

Our 2 day stay in storms river mouth restcamp
we had a very nice stay in an oceannette and a forest hut.
The accommodationwas very clean, the staff very friendly.

Storms River Mouth.
Our stay and accomodation were great.
Good location and value for money.
On-line booking was easy but could have been more specific as to options/sites available per price category.

REST AT THE REST CAMP
We stayed 2 nights in the family cottage as a couple in the double room and 2 friend in the twin room. Basic but comfortable accommodation. Used the heater to warm it up as it was winter. It rained heavily one night and rain did seep in through the logs and around door but it didnt worry us

Indescribable Beauty
Words can not describe the beauty of Stormsriver in the Tsitsikamma National Park.Accommodation is great, staff and service excellent and a must -visit place to all people travelling South Africa.

Amazing Storms River Rest Camp
It was our first visit to Storms River after seeing it in the Getaway Magazine in 2010. We were not disappointed! The facilities are First-Class and our campsite was a good size. I was very impressed that Laundry facilities/ communal fridge/freezers were provided and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The kids have lots of space to run around and are quite safe. The weather was not the best and we ended leaving earlier than planned but we will definitely be back.

What an amazing place to stay at!
We were lucky enough to have the only forrest hut with the sea view and we had a wonderful time staying in it. Although we didn't have time to fully explore the area I would thoroughly recommend everyone to visit.

Minor Problem
Although our accomodation was ready when we arrived early we were refsed entry until 2PM on basis that that was the rule! Some discretion in the matter would have been sensible and welcomed.

South Africa weekend away at its best
In addition to the breathtaking nature and splendid trails: service from everyone with a smile and with efficiency. the accomodation is kept spotless and unpretentious: in line with nature.
The whole area is clean and feels safe. These are highly appreaciated aspects. Being able to enjoy trails without looking over shoudler to check safety. Wow.

Wonderful stay!
Tsitsikamma is a beuatiful park with great views and the waves are amazing! It was hard to make a good choice for the kind of cottage on the internet though (don´t think they are described on your website well enough) and although we had a great time, we could have had a smaller cottage with a better view if we would have known. It was also a surprise that we had to pay another amount of money for sleeping overnight in a National park. We really thought we had paid everything in advance and I do think that this should have been mentioned during the reservation! The park is great though and we had a fantastic time!

Tsitsikamma is en bly 'n natuurwonder wat deur ons Hemelse Vader aan ons gegee is en is bewaring van die natuur seker die belangrikste aspek. Ons ondervinding is dat die natuur werklik bewaar word en komplimenteer die kampbestuur daarvoor. Die ontvangs en huisvesting is aanvaarbaar, daar is egter tekens van onvoldoende onderhoud en behoort dit aandag te geniet. Dit bly een van ons gunsteling vakansie bestemmings.

Storms Rivermouth Camping
This was the best caravan camping right on the sea we ever had, the kids enjoyed it so much and made quite a number of new friends. The ablutions were kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very professional,
this wonderful place is highly recommended.

Storms River
Our stay at Storms River rest camp was magical.
Fabulous setting. Story book chalet, spotlessly clean. The other people in this section were so nice and quiet but friendly.
The shop had everything we needed.
Congrats to the SANP for a job well done. I'd go back ANY TIME.

STORMSRIVERMOUTH FOREST HUT ACCOMODATION
OUR UNIT ALSO HAD A TOILET AND A SHOWER...GREAT!! AND WE WERE NEXT TO THE KITCHEN WITH A FRIDGE AND BOILING WATER FOR COFFEE.
NO COMPLAINTS..ONLY COMPLIMENTS!! GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Superb accomodation and food
We stopped at storms river on our way to CTN. This resort more than met our expectations. The accomodation was stunning and the 2 meals we had at the restaurant were truly some of the best food we had on the holiday.

Storms River Camp - Oceanette
the accommodation and resort are generally well kept and in a super position with stunning views. the only thing to comment on was that we had a TV stand in our room with no TV on and cables lying around - that did not look great - i think i much rather not have a TV at all...

Interesting nature, modest accomodation
The house allocated was damp and smelly and after som lenghty telephone call the manager personally helped with another house. Still damp but less smelly. The furnishing needs some attention, run down and the bathroom was poor.

The chalet is comfortable, clean, well equipped and with terrific view over the ocean, but...
- we weren't told if breakfast was included or not (I though not, but my guide book said it was)
- the wood was treated with some paint with a terrific smell, keeping the chalet windows wide open for hours wasn't useful
- the shower is very old and doesn't invite you to wash yourself!!

Stroems River Mouth camp
We enjoyed the stay at Stromsriver mouth. However, we stayed in the Forset Cabins and the staff were VERY loud and made their own food in our kitchen. This seem to be the norm for them, as I questioned the one cleaner.

Awesome Stay!
What an awesome stay we had at Storms River Mouth. We as a family enjoyed the stay very much, friendly staff at the gate and shop. The hiking trails were amazing and we had the opportunity to watch the wales and dolphins passing by. Really worth visiting again!

Breather at Storms River Mouth
We had a breathtakingly refreshing few days in the Storms River mouth restcamp. Value for money in terms of the self-catering apartment, which offered a view overlooking the Indian ocean. Due to the architecture of the building we felt as though our balcony was almost hovering about the waves and rocks. Numerous walks are dotted around the place, everything kept clean and reasonably safe, friendly staff. We can't wait to return......definitely a little paradise!!!!!
We encountered bushbuck and a bushpig as well as dassies, whales and dolphins.

Nothing can spoil Stormsrivermouth for a local! However more attention can be given to cleanliness of the cutlery/crockery. The braai is cleaned regularly but not the ash that is blown onto the stoep railing and chairs.
The friendliness of the staff made up for it though. Thanks for a great weekend to the staff of Storms River Mouth camp.

Had a wonderful stay apart from the baboons ramsakking our chalet on the first day of arrival!! Storms River Mouth is truly a beautiful part of South Africa, such beauty!!
Just a suggestion that they should warn one verbally at Reception regarding the baboons as we had quite an experience.
Overall - outstanding, will definitely visit there again.

Enjoyed the serenity and closeness to nature. Domestic help was friendly and effecient. Accommodation was adequate and utencils were sufficient. However guests should be warned not to leave windows open due to baboon menace.

Storms River Mouth
We absolutely loved this place. The boardwalk was really good. The scenery stunning and the weather was great. We loved the refurbishmets - so tastefully done. It's clean and neat and the staff were very pleasant. The only negative is the wretched baboons making a nuisance of themselves and creating havoc. Not all the rubbish is picked up after they have scavenged through the place - I would have thought there would be baboon proof bins like the ones we saw along the coast.

Green & clean paradise
Comfortable and laidback.Interesting hikes.Was confronted by a baboon, therefore do not recommend that children hike alone as the baboon charged at two children.
Please extend check out time - 9:00am is too early.

Accommodation clean and comfortable, only difficulty was not having a shower as my husband didnt fit into the very small bath. Will definitely go again.

Excellent views from this acommodation and great location for Storms River. Good value for money for very comfortable accomodation. All basics provided and the Oceanette was comfortable with INCREDIBLE views of the sea. The ground floor oceanettes were better than our 1st floor rooms as the braai area faces the sea.

Kichaka-Gem in the Eastern Cape
We were provided with wonderful accommodations, exceptional five star class food and an authentic wildlife experience. Staff take every opportunity to make you stay enjoyable. Overall impression is that they are trying very hard to offer a world class experience and are succeeding at every level. There was literally nothing to complain about.

Enjoyable Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Storms River. We stayed at the Dolphin side of the camp. The ablutions, although kept clean is in need of some maintenance. The sites are exquisite with breathtaking views over the sea and of course with sunset. I encountered a problem with my dome tent's poles which broke and after approaching the Technical Department they fixed it for me withing minutes. This is going the extra mile for the customer. It is also evident that all staff we encountered daily were friendly and tried their best to make our stay as nice as possible. Congratulations to the Park's Management and staff.

Over view of experience
1. Opon arrival at gate,
The entry staff were curtious and professional and very helpfull.
2.The Cottage was clean and tidy and everything was in place-no shortages.
3.The cleaning staff were punctual,friendly and completly trustworthy.
4.The only thing lacking was that they did not do dishes.People were not told this upfront.Either make it inclusive or tell people that it is not.
5.The shop is a tourist trap,a better balance could be considered.
6.The Restaurant neeeds upgrading.People who eat in Restaurants can pay.People who cannot pay,don't go.Needs re-looking at.
7.The boat tour up the River is very good,with the guide well trained and generally knowlegable.
8.Unfortunatly,the park has been designed backwards.Ie,the Chalets (which bring in the bulk of the income)are positioned behind the camping sites,so they (Who pay the most)look on to the campers,whereas the Campers have the uninterrupted sea views.
Generally a lovely experience,the nice thing is that it is affordable to the average South African.

We were on a two week holiday in SA with others who chose not to stay at Storms River Camp - as such, we were dropped off by car and had a three day stay on foot.
Whilst the area was great with some fantastic walking ( the purpose of the trip) we found the Restaurant to be terrible, and the food available from the shop was also below acceptable levels - as such we will never return

We once again had a super stay at the forest hut, unfortunately we arrived late & had to eave early, but the time was enjoyable all the same. We will definately make use of your accomodation again.

Storms river was an excellent place to stay and our bungalow was very well equipped with a brilliant view. Very much enjoyed the experience.
Minor downside - the guy on the check in desk seemed to be on a real go slow.

We stayed in an forest hut with comunal kitchenfacilities. There were hardly pots and pans to cook in. We enjoyed the scenery, so close to the mighty waves! We saw vervet monkeys and whales, close to the shore.
