Enjoy a fascinating full day tour to the beautiful Addo Elephant Park, home to the densest elephant population in the world. Also don't forget it's also very overpopulated with Kudu, so you sure won't miss one of them. This wildlife park is only an hour's drive from Port Elizabeth, a small prize to pay for a very entertaining tour.
Here is a short history of this amazing park: the original Elephant section of the park was declared publicly in 1931, when only 11 elephants remained in the area- today gorgeous land is home to over 420 elephants, 450 Cape buffalo, black rhino, a variety of antelope species, and also the very unique flightless dung beetle, found almost exclusively in Addo. As part of the park's ongoing conservation plans, lions and hyena's have also been introduce, recently, into the park. That might stir things up just a little, don't you think? Just an extra something for you to enjoy.
As soon as you are in the reserve, you can enjoy an approximately 3hour game drive deep into the heart of this magnificent reserve. You can be sure to spot loads of wildlife animals, like the elephant, black rhino, bushbuck, buffalo, jackal, kudu and other antelope species. Also enjoy a nice casual lunch. This tour can be seen as exciting, breathtaking, spontaneous and even educational. Either way, it's worth it to go on this marvelous wildlife tour.
