Serenity Retreat

Serenity House is our exclusive use and newly renovated Self Catering house. The house sleeps 3-7 people, has 3.5 bedrooms (family suite with queen size bed/interleading single room and full ensuite bathroom) and 2 other bedrooms utilizing additional shower/toilet. Fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area with DVD player - comfortable and spacious - just like home. There is a covered stoep with kettle braai. The decor and colour scheme of the rooms reflect elements of nature - a celebration of the natural beauty that abounds in this area of the Garden Route.

Two Rustic brick and thatch garden rondavels - both en-suite with shower and toilet - sharing kitchen facilities in a separate wooden cabin. The smaller rondavel is a 2 sleeper and the larger rondavel sleeps up to 3 people - both have views of the Tsitsikamma Mountains and Fynbos. Ideal for the Budget conscious traveler who wants space and privacy; clean and basic accommodation without unnecessary and costly frills.

Driftwood Rondavel is the larger Rondavel. More spacious and comfortable with a small seating area, a comfortable double bed and additional single bed. Longer stay and our more mature guests prefer this option.

Sandrift Rondavel is small and cozy and suitable for 2 people only - comfortable twin beds and ensuite shower and toilet. Sandrift is our Basic Beat the Budget option whilst still being adequately comfortable for travelers requiring a private space.

All accommodation is fully equipped with comfortable beds and fresh linen and plentiful supply of hot water.

We have 2 boisterous, loveable and lively Staffy companions - both have loving and enthusiastic natures and love to make friends with our guests; they have stolen quite a few hearts. They are ever present and persistent and never give up on the possibility of love and titbits. We ask that you love them in return by not feeding them - no matter how beautifully they scrounge and beg.
