Pezula is nestled in the heart of the Garden Route and is Africa's first private luxury hotel and spa estate. Consisting of 1,000 ha of prime property bordered by the Noetzie Beach and River and the Sinclair Nature Reserve, the estate has sweeping views of the Knysna Lagoon and the Indian Ocean. Dunnage Manor is a share holding on the estate. The house consists of two main bedrooms both opening out onto a seperate deck, one with a full walk in wardrobe and both en-suite. Two secondary bedrooms are both en-suite. A flat with seperate entrance contains two bedrooms and a bathroom. A fully equiped bar, TV room, family room and dining room as well as a state of the art kitchen with seperate scullery ensure comfort, conducive to stylish entertainment. The Garage houses two vehicles comfortably. A golf car will be kept at the house for easy access to the estate amenities.
