Guest accommodation, situated in lush surroundings, consists of two restored cottages with self catering, bed and breakfast or fully catered options.
The one cottage (Robert Hart Cottage) has three bedrooms (sleeps 5), one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
The other one (Pecan Cottage) has three bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Two bedrooms sleeping 4 are also available in the main farmhouse.
Farming activities at Glen Avon Farm includes morning and evening hand milking, sheep and Angora goat shearing. There are beautiful walks catering for the casual walker to the energetic hiker. Explore the indigenous bush and forest where Wild Olives, White Stinkwoods, Outeniqua Yellowwoods and Cape Chestnuts are just a few of the species to be found.
Bird watchers will be able to identify more than 240 species including rarities such as the Narina Trogon, Bush Blackcap Buffstreaked Chat.
Fly fishing in the numerous dams and river is a speciality or simple relaxation in the form of swimming and canoeing.
An all weather tennis court and swimming pool are situated in beautiful surroundings.
4 x 4 Outings to the spectacular Glen Avon Falls or to the top of the Boschberg can be arranged and Glen Avon Farm offers wonderful mountain biking opportunities.
