Buxton Lodge, situated in East London, was established in 2001 and registered as a business in 2002. Since establishment, Buxton Lodge has acquired star grading and currently is a 3 star guest house. The guesthouse is 100% black owned with 50% female and 50% male partnership
The business expanded in Queenstown. We have completed several new rooms, which are selling as Buxton Suites. We provide Conferencing facilities with a venue that can accommodate from 20 to 250 delegates. We have a staff compliment of comprising of 7 females and 2 males, all drawn from the historically disadvantaged groups.
Buxton Lodge has moved from humble beginnings to a business which is today highly regarded for excellence in customer service & care, efficiency and professionalism. It is one of the best accommodation establishments in Queenstown. We frequently host new guests referred to us by previously satisfied visitors.
Our highly regarded guest house was nominated 2nd runner up for the Eastern Cape in the ETEYA AWARDS. Buxton Lodge owes its success mainly to the men & women of staff employed by the guest house. Their dedication and unwavering commitment to their work is very apparent and will elevate Buxton Lodge to higher places.
All staff is trained in First Aid facilities and application.
Accommodation is offered in comfortable suites; 5 at the East London venue and 11 at the Queenstown venue. All suites are equipped with TV’s and have coffee/tea facilities.
Both venues have secure parking and offer Breakfast - Dinners and Lunches can be arranged on request.
