Beach View is a coastal village situated - 25km outside Port Elizabeth on the Garden Route. In this quiet, tranquil world you will find our holiday home Abalone – Beach View.
Watch the dolphins play! Look out for the whales and see the chocca boats bobbing just behind the waves.
Abalone is an affordable, safe, well-equipped, self-catering House.
The 270 square meter house offers the following:
• 3 Bedrooms (1 queensize, 1 double, 2 single bunker beds) + 1 enclosed Balcony (1 single bed) with 2.5 bathrooms and 1 outside bathroom. All rooms with roof fans.
• Large Kitchen with breakfast nook, separate scullery, Laundry and enclosed washing line. (microwave, stove with fan, 2 fridges, kettle/toaster, crockery, washing machine)
• Large open plan Living/Fun Room downstairs, separate study room, upstairs enclosed balcony and open balcony. There is a multi-choice satellite dish and decoder installed (welcome to bring your sim card as only SABC and eTV channels available).
• Lockup Double garage with remote automatic garage doors.
• Beach View has an extremely low crime rate but just to be safe the house is protected with outside movement sensor lights, Trellidor security doors and a House Alarm with Panic buttons linked to an Arm Response Unit nearby. There is also a safety box inside the house for your personnel valuables.
• Large enough Gas Barbeque available for Braai/Barbeque.
• Towls and linen available on request.
• Enclosed Garden with enough place for children to play.
