The house is north-facing and consists of five bedrooms, depending on guests needs. The sitting, dining and kitchen area of the main house is open plan. The sitting and dining area both lead onto a wooden deck. The ceiling is made of "dakriet" which gives a lovely golden glow to the house. A separate scullery leads off the kitchen and contains a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwashing machine.
The swimming pool was designed to fit in amongst the trees and to utilise the view. It has a poolnet that can be used when there are children in the house. The master bedroom has a king size bed and opens onto the pool deck through double glass doors. It has stunning sea and mountain views. The en-suite bathroom has a large oval bath as well as an inside and outside shower. The loft bedroom in the main part of the house has an antique double brass bed with its own deck, double glass doors and a picturesque view of the sea and mountains. This bedroom has a separate bathroom and shower.
An attractive outside flat contains the third bedroom with an equipped small kitchen, DSTV, a bathroom with a bath and outside shower. This opens out onto a covered deck through glass sliding doors. The upstairs area of the flat contains the fourth bedroom which is a dormitory with six bunk beds. The occupants of this room share the flat bathroom. The fifth bedroom leads off the covered deck outside and has a queen size bed. It has a small balcony, a bath and toilet. In emergencies the TV room next to the dining room has a pull-down double bed that can be used. There are three sliding doors that can be used to close off this area. It opens out onto the dining room deck. Maximum amount of guests at any time must not exceed 10.
