Periwinkle Guest House rooms are individually decorated with bright, happy colors, which reflect the surrounding sea and mountains. 6 of the 7 rooms have private balconies where guests can enjoy the panoramic views from the Robberg Peninsula to the right and the Tsitsikamma Mountains to the left.

Most rooms are twin bedded but can be made up into King Size beds on requests. All rooms are en-suite and have Television, direct dial telephones, personalized linen, heated towel rails, tea & coffee making facilities and bar fridges.

The unique and most exciting feature of this area is the abundance in marine mammals in the bay which is flanked by two marine nature reserves and therefore rich in food for the resident whales and dolphins.

Southern Right Whales migrate to this part of the Indian Ocean to calve during season. Organized boat trips allow you to see the whales and dolphins. Schools of dolphin surfing the breakers or leaping clear of the blue sea are a regular sight..
