Fynbos Ridge Country House And Cottages is perfectly set between Knysna and Plettenberg Bay in private nature reserve with spectacular mountain views . This area is at the center of South Africa's famous Garden Route. We at Fynbos Ridge Country House And Cottages provide excellent self-catering accommodations. Hidden away in paradise are a few of our cottages.

The Country House is a very spacious Cape Dutch House with 5 double bedrooms (2 with king-size beds) with en-suite bathrooms and a dining area that allows you to be served breakfast or, if requested, dinner. We have a formal and informal lounge, each having a fireplace, and our lengthy outdoor patio allows guests to savor their breakfasts or dinners "served" with great mountain scenery.

There are three two-bedroom Cottages. The cottages are named after our lovely native flowers. These lovely accommodations are well-provided for and each measure a roomy 140 sq. m. and have two bathrooms. Six people can be accommodated in utmost lavish relaxation. Stylish decorations adorn the rooms and the log fires in the lounge and the main bedroom allow for warmth during the chilly winter. The private patio has a barbecue area.

The Virgilia Studio, also named after a delightful flower, is a well-furnished upstairs accommodation. This large room has its own entrance, queen-size bed, bathroom with shower and bath, a complete kitchen, and a balcony with barbecue. The studio is an excellent substitute for singles and couples who do not have the need for the additional amenities provided by the cottages.

See fantastic vistas of the Outeniqua and Tsitsikamma mountains while 6 hectares of fynbos surround you. See whales, dolphins, seals and penguins as they cruise along the bays. Children 12+ welcome.
