This stunning wooden cabin is situated in complete privacy overlooking the awesome forested Knysna River valley. This secluded getaway is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature, whilst not sacrificing the luxuries that will make for a truly unforgettable vacation. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and private entrance from the back deck. The "lavender room" waits with crisp, fragrant linen and freshly laundered towels. The west wing bedroom also has a private entrance and en suite bathroom, and the two single beds can be joined if necessary. The extra details you find at Phantom River View is a testimony to the love and care that went in to providing guests with an especially memorable vacation. Each bedroom faces onto spectacular views overlooking the valley. Double undercover parking is provided as well as an outdoor barbecue area and swimming pool.
The loft is situated above the lounge. Two single beds in the loft provide additional sleeping space. It can be separated from the lounge area, and also doubles as a reading room. The lounge is tastefully appointed and equipped with a CD player and DSTV. Indulge in the best red wines around the log fire, or cook up a warm dinner –fully equipped kitchen. The barbecue - is situated by the pool under the pines. A wooden deck extends over the valley and offers a splendid venue for sundowners.
Knysna forest has inspired authors and artists, and is in part a nature reserve. The nearby estuarine wetland and eco reserve is home to over 150 bird species and a variety of small animals.
