We found reception to be welcoming and friendly, rooms to be large, well furnished, and comfortable.
Service and food in restaurant were very good and overall would gladly recommend.
One criticism armchairs in room 5 smelled somewhat of sweat and could be freshened up.

We were lucky to stay here for our second night in Knysna, the weekend of the cycle races. it was wonderful. The service was warm, welcoming and friendly. We were first welcomed by a very friendly reception lady who went out of her way to see if we could check in early - and we could.

The rooms are very nicely done and ever so cozy. I do think that they need a bit more down-lighting so light up the room instead of having to switch on all the lights in the room to be able to see properly.

We had a wonderful dinner - the pasta party was a perfect way to carbo load for the big race and breakfast was also lovely.

I only wish that I had found this place first when it came to finding accommodation for the weekend - we would have loved to have stayed a little longer.
