Jeffreys Bay is approximately 1100km from Pretoria and 60km from Port Elizabeth. International surfers flock to catch the waves in this paradise of sunshine with its aloes, dolphins, shells and white beaches. Surfers and other visitors who found it hard to leave such an idyllic spot have turned Jeffreys Bay into a year round fun place to be with a thriving local craft industry and factory shop on about every corner. The bustling town is bordered on both sides by nature reserves and rivers; the Kabeljous and Seekoei estuaries and within Jeffreys Bay the Noorsekloof nature reserve.

A fully equipped three (3) bedroom house with sleeping arrangements for eight (8) people is available for holiday accommodation rental. The house is within walking distance from the beach. The house is situated across the road from both the golf course and bowl green. The house has two levels. The top level consist of two (2) bedrooms with two (2) bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan lounge, dining room and under roof closed braai area. The lower level consists of a bedroom, bathroom and a large living area with pool table. Top level: Open plan lounge and dining room, TV with a DSTV decoder. Bring your own card and own decoder with.

The under roof braai-area is accessed from the top level (lounge), with a stunning view over the dense green flora, typical of this area, and the sea. Lower level: Living area with TV and pool table, a sleeping couch for two (2) people overlooking the 'green area'. The down stairs sleeping room (double) with a separate bath room on the lower level. The sleeping room also has access to the outside enclosed veranda area overlooking the 'green area'. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic requirements and crockery including an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine.

A small enclosed area is available just outside the back door for drying your washing. A double lockup garage has direct access to the house. The house is situated in Jeffreys Bay Villa security complex with an installed alarm. There is enough space in front of the house where kids can safely play.
