Jeffreys Bay is a picturesque village located along the coast of the Garden Route in the Eastern Cape. Bracketed by an amphitheatre of towering mountains and its world renowned surfing beaches. Jeffreys Bay was once a port for coasters and received its name from the nineteenth century trader J.A. Jeffrey. This resort is also popular with anglers and has plenty of good visitor accommodation. Check out the Shell Museum, located in the town centre, which displays a huge collection of shells.
