De Hoek Country Lodge

De Hoek Country Lodge is set on a spectacular 385 hectare guest farm that is situated only 15 kilometers from the beautiful historic town of Heidelberg. The lodge provides you with a place to be at one with nature and a place to find yourself. It is a working farm with mealies, cattle, game such as wildebeest, rooihartbeest, zebra's eland, ostriches and greyreed buck.

De Hoek Country Lodge offers guests plenty of comfort in their rooms. Waenhuis is the ideal honeymoon suite with a fireplace, outside shower and other luxuries. The Milk Palour can accommodate 2 guests and gives you a gorgeous view of the magnificent horse paddocks.

Raponsel's Tower is a silo that was converted into this extraordinary double storey room. The room has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is DSTV available in the dining area and the communal lounge. Barbecue facilities are available outdoors at the boma.

De Hoek Country Lodge is an awesome place to view the many beautiful bird species. Activities include bow hunting, archery, hiking, game trails, mountain biking, horse riding, fantastic quad biking and pottery for the crafty guests.
