These facilities are ideal for business meetings, corporate conferences and social events. So whatever the purpose of your visit to the Garden Route is, end your day and allow yourself to relax at our pool area and enjoy the ambiance of the moment.

Accommodation

George Lodge International offers a variety of fully serviced accommodation with all the amenities you would expect. With 22 bedrooms, made up of double rooms, twin rooms , family rooms, and three self-catering rooms you will surely find the type of accommodation to suit your requirements.

Please note that for group purposes, the rooms can be changed to accommodate your requirements. Our rooms are all non-smoking, but we have various rooms with balconies, where smoking is allowed. Three rooms have kitchenettes, microwave ovens, fridges and cooking facilities.

There is ample off street parking for guests as well as security gates on all the entrances to the rooms. Your security is enhanced with CCTV on the property.

George Lodge International is the ideal facility for your out-of-the-office conference and training requirements. The key to successful conferencing is simplicity, service and flexibility.

A dedicated and experienced venue team is on hand to support you in delivering your events, whether you are attending a one-day conference or a group training session, planning your latest product launch or hosting a cocktail reception. With a range of breakaway rooms, a boardroom and large conference venue, the Conference Centre provides everything you would expect in terms of service, technology and inspired food and drink. We supply a variety of packages varying from standard to deluxe, venue hire only or simply a business breakfast with some colleagues. Complimentary highspeed internet facility available as well as an dedicated ADSL line.

Shuttle Service

George is the largest of the many quaint towns on South Africa's Garden Route coast, one of the most scenic stretches of coastline in the world. With its numerous lakes and mountain ranges, beaches and bays, the landscape also features indigenous forests, amber-coloured rivers and fields of fynbos (the indigenous vegetation). This natural wonderland boasts many bird and wildlife species and offers visitors a host of leisure options and adventure activities. We are within easy driving distance of Wilderness, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay, as well as the villages and towns along Cape Route 62, including Bonnievale, Robertson, Calitzdorp and Oudtshoorn. We offer various daytrips to all these attraction as well as a shuttle service for in town excursions.
