The Estate offers amazing views of the Outeniqua Mountains, The Indian Ocean and the Gwaing River Valley, with mapped walking trails available to residents. A number of playgrounds have been installed throughout the estate for the younger visitors. Club house and restaurant provide a relaxed, informal environment where residents and visitors, both young and old, are welcomed.

Fairwood is North facing, wind protected and offers luxurious self-catering accommodation which has been designed and furnished to a very high standard.

Accommodation comprises of: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Staff accommodation, Pool, DSTV (PVR), use of 4-seater golf cart, large living room, family room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, separate scullery, large outdoor entertainment area.

The property has a full-time house keeper Monday - Friday taking care of all the chores, enabling you to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
