AZIZA Guesthouse is a newly redesigned and renovated guesthouse that opened early 2006 in George, the heart of the Garden Route. AZIZA Guesthouse, meaning “gorgeous, precious and darling” in various African languages, holds Africa dear. Its guests may be happy to know that they are also indirectly contributing to its future since a percentage of the income will go towards supporting a project in a local township.
For the golfer, tourist or businessperson there are various enjoyable activities on our doorstep. From Plettenberg Bay to Mossel Bay there are many quality golf courses, beautiful beaches, whale and dolphin watching, as well as hiking trips or paragliding for the more adventurous. Oudtshoorn, famous for it’s Cango Caves and ostrich farms is a 50 km scenic drive through the Outeniqua Pass. For dining-out enthusiasts the local restaurants are a treat. George is well situated to accommodate everyone’s getaway preferences.
