Situated in the picturesque village of Beachview, Big Blue Beach Lodge is the ideal venue for a relaxed, tranquil getaway. Only 25 minutes from Port Elizabeth, we are within easy reach of shopping centres, the casino, oceanarium, golf courses and the airport. This tranquil surrounding is ideal for the executive person to unwind after a hard days work.

Big Blue Beach Lodge is also an ideal venue for those special occasions such as weddings, birthday celebrations, anniversaries and corporate functions. We not only provide an ideal venue but also take care of catering, music, decor and any other arrangements that may be required to make your event as memorable as possible.

With 180 degree sea views we boast dolphin and whale whatching right from our front verandah. A quick 2 min walk brings you to the beach where you can snorkel and fish in the rock pools. Visit the local Seaview Lion Park where you can hold a lion cub. End a busy day with a sundowner in our bar area while thatching the sun set over the ocean. Enjoy a deliciously prepared South African meal prepared by the owner, Carl.

Experience the full beach house effect in our uniquely decorated rooms - each boasting a stunning sea view. Luxury towels, guest soap, shampoo and body lotion are provided in the en-suite bathrooms. Additional amenities are provided upon request. Rooms are equipped with TV's (M-NET), and tea / coffee facilities. DSTV avaialble in the bar area. All our beds are equipped with electric blankets for those cold winter nights.

Enjoy a full English Breakfast in our breakfast room while spotting dolphins and whales frolicking in the waves, or just soak up the magnificent sea view. Dinner is served by prior arrangement. This is prepared by the owner, Carl, who specializes in traditional South-African meals. Not something to be missed!

Double bed and single bed. Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child younger than 10. En-suite bathroom (shower & bath), TV, coffee / tea facilities.

Double room with en-suite bathroom with bath. Separate entrance, private bbq facility, verandah, sea view, microwave and bar fridge. TV.

This room can interlink with room 5 to form a family unit.
